Our Mission Statement

The mission of the South Anna Library is to create lifelong learners by empowering students and staff to be independent library users, critical thinkers, and avid readers.

Policies & Procedures

All students check out books during their weekly class library time. Students in kindergarten and first grades may check out one book every week, while second through fifth graders may check out two books. In order to be able to check out a new book every week, students must have returned the previously borrowed library book before their weekly class library time.

If a student’s book is lost or damaged, the student responsible will be required to pay the replacement cost of the book.
Students may visit the library each day during the morning open checkout time, from 8:15 to 8:35 a.m.
